Deposit

Provisional bookings will only be held for 5 days pending receipt of your deposit and booking form. A deposit of 20% of the cost of the holiday must accompany the booking form. Please make cheque payable to Mrs D. Spencer-Smith

When we receive your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation of booking and details of the balance due.

The person signing the booking form is responsible for the booking and warrants that he or she is over 21 years of age and must be a member of the party.

Security Deposit

The inventory deposit will be held against damage, loss, excessive consumption of services and excessive final cleaning. (reasonable wear and tear excluded). If damage/loss exceeds the £100 bond, you will be invoiced for the difference. If there is no damage, the bond will be returned. For your own protection, please check the inventory on arrival and departure.

Payment of Balance

The balance of the total cost of the holiday, together with a refundable good housekeeping bond of £100, is due 8 weeks before the date of commencement of the holiday. If a booking is made less than eight weeks before arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The proprietor reserves the right to re-let the apartment if the balance is not paid when due.

Arrival/Departure

Holiday bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Guests are welcome after 3:00pm on arrival day and must vacate the premises by 10:00am on the day of departure.  Guests are requested to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

Group Makeup

We regret that single sex groups will not normally be accepted.

Sub-letting is not permitted unless by special arrangement. Under no circumstances shall any person(s) other than those named on the booking form enter the premises without prior permission from the proprietors.

Bookings cannot be accepted from anyone under 21 years old.

Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Smoking

The cottages and apartments are only available to non smokers.

Parking

Each property has a numbered allocated parking space available for one car only. Please do not park in other residents' parking spaces.
